There are few times in my life when I feel such a sinking, wholly depressing and disturbing abhorrence to an idea or an institution. I could probably count on one hand the number of times that particularly ill-tempered feeling has entered my personal mental arena. However the number of times is unimportant, what is important is the discovery I made this morning. It makes me want to consume vast quantities of alcohol and go hang myself in front of the White House. Actually, it makes me want to a great deal more than that, but I’ll probably find myself in a world of fascist shit should I mention any of them here. So I’ll let you wonder.

InfraGard is the dark discovery of the morning (I swear, my country is completely fucking crazy anymore), and one I could have done without for a long, long time. But hey, there it is, a glaring, obtrusive, gut-wrenching truth sitting in the midst of a rapidly declining empire under the guise of protection. Right, I feel safer already…moving on.

InfraGard, for those of you in the bliss of fortunate ignorance, is a private company working with the FBI as a system of nation wide informants. Included among InfraGard are businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement and of course, the backbone of this shit eating group, private citizens. In fact, you can go to their website and put in an application to go and work for these fascist scum fucks. I don’t know about you, but I’m just chomping at the fucking bit in hopes of working for these guys. Nothing says job fulfillment like spying on your family and friends.

The most rattling thing about this group is the semblance they bear to the German SA of WWII, better known as the Brownshirts. Contrary to popular belief the SA were not an invention of Hitler (although he greatly maligned their use), they had been around since the days of WWI and were known as a specialized assault unit. The use Hitler put them was far more devious and unscrupulous. They were put to use in order to ‘protect’ the Nazi party from disruptions from other political parties, and later they began to perform their more infamous acts of violence against opposing political parties, in addition to serving as a network of informants for Hitler and his Nazi party. Serving as informants…

So, now 74 years after the gruesome Night of the Long Knives, and in another country on another continent, a network of informants is spreading throughout the nation. This is not a new organization though, InfraGard was initially created in 1996, but in recent years they have gained both strength and members.

Now that you see the striking and shocking semblance to an institution of the Nazi Party of WWII (by the way, the maxim of the SA was ‘Terror must be broken by terror’, thought you might like to know that) by an American company sitting securely in the States, protected by law, what must you do? Hell, what must we think? I’ve been saying for some time now that this country travels a dangerous, insecure and unstable fucking path under the Bush Administration. His primary strategies are rhetoric, deception, unending war, and a created state of fear. He blames other groups of people, other nations, and even ideas for the problems that America now faces. He finds (rather his cabinet finds, he isn’t smart enough to think of this shit on his own) new ways of upsetting the balance here at home by continually blaming problems on specific and easily identifiable targets, whether or not they had anything to do with the problem. In short, Bush and his cronies are performing step by ruthless and despairing fucking step the same rules of engagement that Hitler followed so many years ago. The strengthening of a group of private citizens serving as national informants only further solidifies the fascist transformation.

So one must wonder what will happen next. I certainly find myself trying to figure out where this will eventually lead. There aren’t many ways this will end, just so you know. The Brownshirts came to a bloody, unpleasant end under the murderous SS. It took only four or five days in the middle of the German summer in the year 1934. And we all know what the SS managed to over the next 11 years. I doubt there will such a purge here in the states (but I’ve been wrong before), but I do have to ponder the continued existence, and further empowerment of InfraGard. The fact that they have been around since 1996 is menacing in the least, and the fact that they are garnering new membership at great speed now is frightening in the least.

If you don’t believe this group of private citizens come government informants to be a threat, consider the following:
-They are able to called upon as a supplementary law enforcement agency during times of national/local emergencies.
- They are authorized the use of deadly force in such times.
- They can be your neighbor, your co-worker, your fucking priest.
- They can report you for crimes you didn’t even know you were committing, such as bad mouthing the federal government.

There are more things to consider when thinking on the threats this agency brings to our people, but the aforementioned should be fucking sufficient to enrage most people. More importantly, the above reasons should be enough to encourage all Americans to bring and end to such state-sponsored terrorism.

It is affecting my friends and former co-workers. It is affecting the military that protects this nation. You know there are days when I wonder why I’m not a raging alcoholic. There are more than enough ‘sufficient’ reasons for everyone to consume massive and hopefully lethal quantities of alcohol.

This morning’s reason for wanting to drown myself in whiskey and whatever else happens to be available is my sudden and sanity-rattling awareness of a national biometric database. I guess finger prints just aren’t fucking good enough for Big Brother anymore. No, they want to map your entire fucking body in order to protect us from criminals and of course, terrorism.

This new world order idea generated from the FBI is nothing short of a daunting and highly upsetting invasion into the private lives of American citizens. And they are doing it with the blessing of that grinning idiot Presidunce of ours. Coffee ain’t cutting it this morning. The proposed database will contain not only finger prints and photographs, but palm prints, retinal scans, and my favorite invasive policy, scar and tattoo mappings. Isn’t that the sweetest and most considerate thing your government has done for you?

But the best fucking part of this idea is the uses which will be made available to all parts of government and employers. You guessed it friends, potential employers will be able to tap into this database to screen you out of the running for the job based on how many fucking scars you have, or the number and type of tattoo’s you have. Then there is the traditional, governmental use of such a heavy handed measure reminiscent of 1984, keeping track of plane trips, border crossings, and contact with law enforcement, hospital visits and the like. I feel fucking cocooned in safety already.

See the major problem with this type of thing (and one that our ‘limit big government in the personal lives of the populace Rebulicunt fucktards’ don’t seem to fucking get) is that no matter what the declared use of this database is, the potential for massive and unprecedented for the opening of the private life exists. And if you don’t believe me go ahead and let this measure pass through the halls of Congress unchallenged. That way when you are sitting before an potential employer and you’re ruled out because of a tattoo. Ruled out because the government said that some extremist organization uses that particular symbol. A symbol they know nothing about. But hey, let it pass.

So very nearly impressed by Clinton! I was so fucking close to being impressed I could almost taste it! SON OF A BITCH!!!! FUCK!!!

Read a brief news clip about how Clinton was proposing to relieve pressure on fathers and the child support dilemma. I got all kinds of excited and happy; after a few years of battling this garbage out with the state of Washington and putting up with all kinds of bullshit from both the state and my charming ex-wife I thought I had finally found the light at the end of the fucking tunnel.

Turns out I did find a light at the end of the tunnel…only the light was the oncoming train of political horseshit getting ready to ram it down my throat.

Clinton does have some of her facts dead on though. Child support is a giant fucking issue for many a father in this nation. Child support is a burden to most fathers, not because they don’t want to help take care of their child (some are assholes, but most are not), but because of the huge payments that consist of a healthy part of the monthly income. Mine child support payment, for instance, is $550.00 a month. For one child. One kid needs that much money from her father? Well, given the fact that her mother refuses to find a fucking job, never mind the fact that her mother is in the possession of at least one college degree. Never mind all of that. Mom, in the eyes of Washington State (and in many other states) is fucking infallible no matter what she does or does not do. Pin the blame and the burden squarely the shoulders of evil dad and all is fixed. Nice fucking decision making process you guys have got.

Getting back to the point though…

Clinton has her ‘Youth Agenda Opportunities’ plan, and in she details a way to assist with child support payments. Specifically what gave me a bit of hope was the fact that she was going to aid fathers in reducing the amount of child support paid to what I can only assume would be a fair rate. WRONG!

She is targeting the African-American (and I fucking hate that term, we are all AMERICANS HERE) audience here. Specifically she is targeting the black world of fathers lacking high school diplomas. So if you aren’t black and you have a high school diploma I guess you can go fuck your merry way off. It couldn’t be possible that all divorced fathers subject to heavily lopsided state divorce and child support laws might need a little political clout. It couldn’t be that in a system that heavily favors the mother is in need of a serious fucking overhaul. It couldn’t be that Clinton is blatantly pandering to the black community here. Yeah…I said it, and if you don’t like it, fuck off. I’m not here to find myself concerned with your opinions, if it needs said, I’ll fucking say it.

So, after delivering Hillary a verbal assault a couple of weeks ago in which I called her ‘Sound byte Hillary’ I was ready to recant and toss her a vote. Not now. Not after reading through her little chickenshit agenda that in the end will aid in the state putting the fucking screws to me a little more and lot harder.

I am a big proponent of free speech and the right to peaceably organize and protest and all the crap from the 1ST Amendment. I like to believe that under normal circumstances I would never find myself wanting to disallow an individual to exercise their rights as granted by the U.S. Constitution. But this morning I find myself wanting to do precisely that and a little more.

Having not read or watched the news for the past two days I was more than a little shocked to find out the latest pile of steaming, cry-baby, tree hugger horseshit rising to an ugly in head in Berkley. Code Pink, that organization for women to gather and protest and maybe make a difference has earned that animosity of hundreds of thousands or people as of 1 Feb 2008. Their demonstration against the Armed Forces of the United States is absolutely inexcusable. It wasn’t ethical or right in Vietnam to protest and abuse the men and women of our military and it isn’t fucking right to try the same asshole tactics now in this war.

Marching along the streets of Berkley the fucktards in Code Pink proudly displayed signs with slogans like “We Support The Murder of American Troops”. Nice, real fucking nice. You lack even the conviction of character to back your words with action. If you really did support such an abject and deplorable ideal than you wouldn’t be marching in the streets of a U.S. city; you’d be out and about in the rest of the world actively trying to ‘murder’ our troops. You gutless fucking pricks, congratulations, you’ve just elevated yourself well above the stated enemies of our nation.

But you tiresome, pathetic, mewling little milquetoast fucks weren’t done with your demonstration, were you? No, you had to go on with other, offensive, slap-in-the-face signs and slogans. Things like ‘No free speech for military personnel’, and calling the U.S. Marine Corps ‘Uninvited, unwelcome intruders’. I can’t possibly convey the deep sense of rage and acerbic furor I feel upon having read some these things. I hope you all die. Yeah, I said it, and I won’t recant, and I won’t be feeling even the slightest bit of remorse should any of you meet an untimely and grisly end. Pricks.

Now that I’ve got that out of the way, why don’t we discuss things like the origins of your ‘rights’ and who installed them in the first fucking place? Let me think for just a moment…could it have been the Founding Fathers? Forward thinking individuals who decided that certain rights were inalienable to all people? Could those fine intellectuals institute those rights here in this nation via diplomacy? No, they could not, they did try though, and failing that, a war happened. And it was the first semblance of a military here in America that fought and died for your rights, so that 232 years later you could spit in their faces. By the way, just so you know, the Marines are older than this country, with the first two battalions of Continental Marines created on 10 November 1775 as is the U.S. Army, founded on 12 June 1775. So congratulations to all you worthless cunts in Code Pink, you’ve just insulted irrevocably the men and women who FUCKING BUILT THIS NATION WITH THEIR LIVES!!!

One final thing before I depart. I wonder, would all of you who declare such anger at the uniformed services, would you be of the same mind should a natural disaster hit your precious, peace loving Berkley when the National Guard showed up for rescue operations. Would you confirm your vicious, reprehensible beliefs then? Would you turn down food and water, clothing and shelter simply because it comes from a military source? Would you continue your atrocious campaign should some sort of enemy attack occur in your Berkley? Who then would you be crying and praying for? Who then would you slander and dishonor with your shamefully defamatory protest? You sorry, worthless, spiteful curs!

If you want a target for your anger at this war then by all means find and aim at a target. But ensure that you’ve sighted the correct fucking target. The military of our nation is NOT responsible for this war. Military members have no say in whether or not this nation goes to war, they have no say in where a recruiting station is set up (as this seems to be such a point of contention for you Pink cunts), the military just does what it is told. The target you are looking for is the White House, the House and the Senate. The target you are looking for are the elected officials of this nation. So next time you take to the streets I seriously suggest you put a little thought into your campaign. Assholes.

People who serve in the military for any amount of time eventually get used to being screwed, in one way or another. Normally the screw jobs are little more than a temporary inconvenience. Sometimes though these screw jobs wind up being a colossal and lasting affair that possesses the ability to affect almost every aspect of day to day affairs. This latest screw job from both the Army and the VA falls into the latter category.

Army officials in Fort Drum recently instructed the VA not to assist soldiers with paperwork in regard to disability claims. For all of my fellow veterans there is no need to explain how crucial disability claims are to a person. For those of you who have never experienced the felicities of military service, disability paperwork is the series of documents that determines how much money an individual will get upon discharge for injuries received during service. So, it would seem that soldiers from Fort Drum were in fact getting what I would call a fair rating from both the Army and the VA as far as disability goes. Then the Army saw what was happening and decided to put an end to this benchmark example of a government agency actually doing its fucking job.

It is a terrible thing to feel as if the time spent in any institution is worthless. The accompanying stench of betrayal is an even worse feeling. And, ladies and gentleman, our serviceman are being treated as if their service, their sacrifices, the losses they have experienced and still are experiencing, are worthless and inconsequential. They are being betrayed and abandoned by the very establishment they have given much for. And it is happening with the blessing of the military, the VA and the federal government. This is an unprecedented event, an unforgivable crime suffered by the men and women who have gone to war for this nation.

And why is this happening to our military men and women?

Money. The long and short answer is money. Money that the military and the VA does not want to part with, at least not without a battle royal. Tending to the needs of seriously injured veterans’, even veterans’ with mild injuries like myself, gets to be very expensive when you consider how many people leave the military every year.

But the cause isn’t as important as the fact that the VA is going along with this perfectly nauseating plan without so much as an utterance of protest. The Army states that there are regulations in place preventing VA counselors from helping review paperwork. Bullshit…no regulation exists. Tom Pamperin, deputy director of the VA compensation and pension service states that the VA does not train their employees in the intricacies of DOD disability system. Bullshit…that is exactly your fucking job, you asskissing prick!

See, when anyone leaves the military, whether retired, medically discharged or simply separating, they are subject to a final physical. That final physical, along with your medical records is what the military uses to determine if a soldier receives a disability rating. Most of the time (on the off-chance that a rating is given) service members are discharged with a 0%, like me. 0% doesn’t mean a goddamn thing when it comes to compensation, unless you receive a medical discharge, and then the compensation is a one time payment. Anything less than a 30% rating from the service and you aren’t entitled to a damn thing from the service. In fact, your only recourse is the VA. The VA can review your military medical records and can assign you a different rating. In fact, that is what they do every fucking day around the country.

So when people like Tom Pamperin sit there and say that they are not trained to navigate their way through the DOD medical evaluation system, he is lying through his teeth. Worthless, bureaucratic pile of shit; go play in traffic you contemptible waste of skin.

Well, that is enough from this end. I hope you see the basic and fundamental error in what your benevolent government officials at the VA and those greedy, bean counting fucksticks at the Pentagon are trying to force down your throat.

Another government agency is finding itself immune in the face of U.S. law, and this time it really isn’t the fault of President Shrubbery McChimpy. I somehow doubt that he is displeased with the recent decision by a federal judge though.

Stanwood Duval made his depressing ruling on Wednesday; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is no longer part of a class-action lawsuit involving levee breaches after Katrina rolled through. Cited in his decision to allow the Corps to walk away clean and free was the ‘Flood Control Act of 1928’. That is great news for Americans across the board, allowing a piece of legislation that is 80 years old to grind an already gutted city further down the spiral. Terrific.

If it is of any comfort though, Judge Duval gave the Corps a stern rebuke as he dismissed the lawsuit. Somehow I doubt the residents of New Orleans are finding any amount of comfort with the ruling, who have been stonewalled by the Corps for a few years now. I wonder if the Corps believes in the Presidents ‘trusting the American people’ credo. Seems to me they display just about as much disregard and arrogance as the ass in the White House.
