PC and Mac sitting in a tree…
…and working together seamlessly, thanks to a brilliant piece of software called VMware Fusion. This shiny new iMac has Windows XP loaded on it and XP programs loaded on it as well, and they run alongside Mac software without having to do anything stupid like reboot the machine.
So, bottom line is this, if you dislike the idea of owning a Mac because you can no longer use your PC software, you can now scratch that reason off the list. I didn’t even give consideration to a Mac for years as I have many programs for the PC, that would become useless to me were I to switch to a Mac. But thanks to the ingenuity of the folks at Apple Computer and the designers of Fusion, I don’t have to worry about that anymore.
