Seriously, they were fucking cartoons!
To all of you intolerant and militant Islamic types out there: LIGHTEN THE FUCK UP! No one in the west really gives a shit how you practice your religion. Really, we don’t. We like to say we do, screaming and yelling from time to time over inhumane treatment of people you run into, the second-rate treatment of women (at best, normally you real hardliners treat them as less than human), and a few other things people like to complain about.
But really, when it comes to matching angry words with persistent, believable action, the west doesn’t normally come through. So relax, we really don’t care what you pricks do.
And just a note here, the cartoons you are so furious over depicted Islamic types being violent, intolerant assholes. Yeah, not nice given the fact that those of you who are busy trying to bring buildings down are the minority in the Islamic world. But, and maybe this is just me, the appropriate response to those cartoons is not a fucking threat of violence. Way to prove the point.
